Sauk County Earth Day Vendor Registration Form
We have a three part form for you to fill out. You will need the following information:
- Your name and contact information. We require a phone number and an email address. You may provide a USPS address if you like.
- The name and purpose of the organization you are representing.
- Some miscellaneous information that will help us support you as best we can.
Things You Should Know
- Indoor space is limited. If you can set up outside, we encourage you to do so.
- Outdoor vendors can set up between the fighter and the pavillion
- All outdoor activitities are weather dependant!
- You should be cleaned up and off the premises by 4pm at the latest.
- We appreciate all the help we can get to put the VFW back together after we mess with the furniture!
